Job Overview
Seeking an self motivated, experienced B2C sales representative willing to knock on doors (cold calls) to generate sales in exchange for the best commission rates in the industry. Cavalry Construction is a small company offering repairs and replacements to roofs, siding, and gutters as well as some interior work. If you're interested in working with a small tight knit group and helping a small company grow, this is the position for you.
Must be ok with knocking on doors, climbing on roofs and commission pay structure. Sales experience necessary, construction sales experience is a plus but not required. High quality CRM and door knocking software provided. At Cavalry we handle insurance claims and sell retail projects. Insurance claim training will be provided. Once the job is sold, you act as a point of contact for the customer while we handle the heavy lifting on the production side.
