What are the responsibilities and job description for the Resolution Specialist - Remote Opportunity position at Cavalry Portfolio Services, LLC?
As a Resolution Specialist, you have the opportunity to make a difference by working with customers creating win-win solutions for repayment of financial obligations. This includes:
- Treating our customers with respect, empathizing with their situation, and negotiating an appropriate arrangement.
- Working in a customer service-focused call center setting, meeting compliance and production requirements.
- You must live near or in the cities of Phoenix-AZ, Roseville-MN, or Tulsa-OK. Training for this position is in the office for up to three/four months ( /-), after which time the employee will have the opportunity to work remotely.
Remote Opportunity: (after 1st full month on phone)
- Up to three/four months ( /-) onsite training:
- Meet 5 of 7 Metrics for the entire month (active, idel, nwa, wa, cph, messages, poe's) Meet New Money Requirements for the month
- Money Requirements for the month - No corrective actions For Quality Assurance violations
Cavalry offers:
- Competitive base pay up to $18 per hour individualized uncapped commission, monthly quality assurance bonus up to $250 (after 1st full month on phone), and a 1st year retention bonus plan: $300 at 6 months and $300 at 12 months.

Candidates must:
- Have at least 6 months of experience in a customer-focused industry
- Have a genuine desire to help people.

- Be able to adapt to new policies and laws.
- Have the ability to negotiate to reach a solution
- Be able to work 4 hours on occasional Saturday mornings
