We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team and help us expand our reach.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to drive growth and build lasting relationships with clients, at our Lake Charles, La location. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in industrial outside sales and a passion for exceeding sales targets. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting new clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and promoting our products/services in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct in-person meetings with clients to present products and services, and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a consistent basis.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales.
- Provide timely follow-up and support to clients after the sale.
- Maintain detailed records of all sales activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and delivery process for clients.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote the company.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in industrial outside sales or related field (minimum 2 years).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for success.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
