Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves selling and designing luxury wine cellars, saunas, and humidors for high-end residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have a background in product sales and design, particularly in high-quality cabinetry or related industries. Experience working with affluent clientele is a plus. The role requires both in-person client visits within a three-hour travel radius of Tampa and remote work from home.

Key Responsibilities – Own Your Success!

  • Build & Expand Your Network – Develop lasting relationships with clients, architects, builders, and designers while proactively cultivating new leads.
  • Close High-End Sales – Sell and design custom luxury wine cellars, saunas, and humidors, offering expert recommendations that impress.
  • Face-to-Face & Remote – Conduct in-person consultations (within a 3-hour radius of Tampa) and work remotely on designs or with clients when needed.
  • Design with Confidence – Utilize Google SketchUp (preferred) or similar software to create compelling visual presentations.
  • Own the Sales Process – Manage everything from lead generation to project completion ensuring seamless execution.
  • Stay Organized & Efficient – Keep track of client interactions, sales data, and project details with precision, with our construction and sales management software.
  • Collaborate for Success – Work closely with installation & design teams to guarantee top-tier client satisfaction.
  • Qualifications – Are You the Perfect Fit?
  • Proven Sales Design Expertise – 2 years in residential or commercial product sales & design (luxury cabinetry preferred).
  • Construction Knowledge – Understanding of basic construction concepts to support your sales approach.
  • Top-Tier Communication Skills – Strong negotiation, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Tech-Savvy & Design-Driven – Experience with Google SketchUp (preferred) or similar software.
  • Independent & Motivated – A self-starter who thrives on autonomy and manages time effectively.
  • Clean Driving Record – You will be driving to homes and businesses all over Florida’s west coast.
  • Can Pass a Background Check – We will be submitting your information to a third party for a background check.
  • Ready to Travel & Win – Own reliable transportation, be comfortable traveling within a 3-hour radius of Tampa, and have enough room in your vehicle for cases of product samples. A standard size trunk in a sedan, or compact SUV will work. Area of service is from Ocala to Naples on the west coast of Florida.
  • Fitness Level – Must be able to carry up to 15 lbs and walk at least 200 feet with the weight.
  • Remote-Work Ready – Must have a reliable computer and internet to stay connected and productive.

Salary : $70,000 - $130,000
