- Support residents in engaging in social activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
- Document resident care activities accurately and maintain confidentiality regarding personal information.
- Advocate for resident rights and ensure they are treated with dignity at all times.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and provide first aid as necessary.
Skills
- Strong understanding of resident rights and advocacy principles.
