What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse Aide position at Cave Creek Assisted Living Facility?
Work Hours: Rotating Monday Tuesday and Weekend 7pm - 7am (Overnight)
Approx. 24 hr Weekly & 12 hr shifts
As a Nurses Assistant your responsibilities would include:
- Assisting Residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, (hair care, oral care, and nail care), toileting, changing of bed linens as needed, positioning, transfers, mobility, and incontinence care
- Assisting Residents with mobility as needed
- Monitoring Residents
- Documenting performed care daily
- Communicating changes in Resident’s condition to Designated Charge Person
- Monitoring vital signs
- Assisting with cleaning as needed
- Encouraging good hydration by filling up water/ice pitchers every shift and as needed
- Meeting customer service standards by exhibiting a friendly, helpful, courteous demeanor and with Resident satisfaction a top priority
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.25 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
