Cave Run Water Commission is seeking a Class IIIA or IVA Water Treatment Plant Operator to join our team! This is a weekend 3rd shift position with a 10% shift incentive, a supportive work environment, and excellent benefits. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain water treatment plant equipment during weekend 3rd shifts
- Ensure water quality by monitoring and adjusting treatment processes
- Conduct routine testing and ensure compliance with water quality standards
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Qualifications:
- Valid Class IIIA or IVA Water Operator certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- Previous experience in water treatment preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
