Cavender Auto Group is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to help lead the team at our Cavender Nissan of rockwall
Cavender Auto Group has been in business for over 80 years in the San Antonio Boerne area.
Functions: F&I Manager is responsible for assisting our buyers in choosing Finance and Insurance options.
Responsibilities:
- Selling financing, GAP, credit life, accident and health insurance to customers
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with several finance sources and factory.
- Keep up to date on minimum training standards set by the manufacturer.
- Submit paperwork to and obtain approval from finance sources on all finance deals.
- Provide incentive programs for salespersons to sell finance and insurance in accordance with dealership policies.
- Instruct salesperson in the method of selling financing
- Work with Sales Managers to secure a reasonable profit from every sale
- Set up finance forecasts
- Seek insurance companies for insurance paperwork
- Maintain an accurate filing system
- Acquire licenses for selling insurances
- Check all paperwork for correct titles, lien information, taxes, etc.
- Establish and meet monthly objectives
- Have working knowledge of all dealership departments
- Provide accurate information 100% of the time
- Maintain confidentiality of all information concerning company business
- Maintain a good working relationship with office employees
- Represent the dealership well in personal behavior and comments
