Overview
The Human Resources Intern is responsible for assisting in various tasks and responsibilities within the HR department. Some of these responsibilities include recruitment support, onboarding, HR administration, and contributing to HR projects and initiatives. The HR Intern will report directly to the HR Generalist.
This is a 6 month opportunity
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the “Cavender’s Culture” and drive our Mission, Vision, and Values
- Assist with new hire orientation and integration of new team members
- Assist in with job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication
- Assist in the management of Cavender’s LinkedIn account
- Assist in gathering and analyzing HR data to identify trends, support decision-making, and improve HR processes
- Assist in HRIS projects as needed
