Accurately weigh products and trucks using permanent scale and/or any temporary scales on plant site. Proactively communicate with all departments in a professional manner to fulfill company objectives.

• Enters and keeps track of waste tickets. Perform axle-out duties on all trucks hauling to and from the plant. Weighing and securing starch trucks according to food safety protocol and ensuring accurate account of all oil trucks received by production.
• Producing daily usage reports in order to assist Raw department and other departments in measuring plant resources. In addition, creating POs for goods and services of raw department.
• Keeps track of all grower deliveries and maintains accurate account of cwt. left to be delivered on a grower’s contract. Responsible for dispatching daily trucks back to grower storage building if plant requirements change and inputting data of all grower field reports such as: field history, legal description, field names and pre-planting conditions.
• Assists the raw operators as needed. Keeps the Senior Raw Supervisor informed of daily issues relating to the raw product, grower, trucking and/or trucker needs/issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and also assist other personnel as needed to maintain the same conditions in the yard, raw and storage buildings. Attend and participate in meetings, training and continuing education programs.
