Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and financial reporting.
- Manage the accurate and timely generation and submission of all sales invoices and monitor subsequent accounts receivable collection
- Track region-wide spending through the Purchase Order process, including the review and approval of all accounts payable
- Prepare month-end sales and expense accruals as part of the monthly close process
You will also be responsible for reviewing weekly cost analysis reports and payroll for accuracy, reconciling A/R payments from vendors for proper cash application, and preparing all weekly and monthly operational reports for distribution and review with management.
