Compensation / Benefits Package:
- All in comp package = $60,000 - $80,000 (base uncapped commissions quarterly bonus)

Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, driven, and customer-focused individual to join our sales team as an Entry Level Sales Representative in the waste management industry. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service, and performing data entry tasks to track and manage sales information. Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Acquisition: Identify and prospect new clients within the waste management industry. Develop and implement effective strategies to generate leads, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Sales Presentations: Present waste management services and solutions to potential clients, clearly explaining benefits, pricing, and tailored offerings. Customize proposals based on the client’s needs.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction with services provided. Address any customer concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Customer Service: Provide ongoing support to clients by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions. Act as a point of contact for customers regarding service changes, billing inquiries, and other service-related questions.
- Data Entry & Record Keeping: Accurately input customer information, sales data, and service requests into the CRM system. Ensure that all sales and customer interactions are properly logged and tracked for reporting purposes.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis. Track sales activity and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes. Use this information to adjust strategies and offer relevant solutions to clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery to clients. Provide valuable feedback to improve service offerings and customer experience.
- Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback. Report progress to Office Manager regularly.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in business, marketing, environmental studies, or related field is a plus but not required.
- Experience: No prior sales experience is required; however, any customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to quickly learn about the waste management industry and related services.
- Experience in customer service or data entry is preferred.
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and meet goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel and data entry skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Attitude: Positive, professional, and eager to learn. Must be comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
