Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a reliable, experienced Roll-Off Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a valid Class B CDL (Class A preferred) and have previous experience operating roll-off trucks. This role is essential to the efficient transportation of construction debris, excavation material, and other waste to appropriate disposal or recycling facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate roll-off trucks to transport dumpsters to and from construction sites, commercial businesses, and disposal facilities.
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment.
- Ensure containers are properly loaded, secured, and safely transported.
- Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers to ensure efficient route completion.
- Maintain accurate driving logs and complete required paperwork.
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
- Provide excellent customer service on-site and represent the company in a professional manner.
Requirements:
- Valid Class B CDL required (Class A CDL strongly preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of roll-off truck driving experience.
- Experience within construction, excavation, or waste management industries is highly preferred.
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Familiarity with local roads and disposal/recycling facilities is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform duties in varying weather conditions.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
