We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and motivated Scale House Operator to join our growing team! As a Scale House Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our operations by weighing and measuring materials using industrial scales. Your attention to detail, reliability, and ability to multitask will be crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of our facility. Key Responsibilities

• Operate Industrial Scales: Accurately weigh and measure materials to ensure precise data collection.
• Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of weight data and ensure proper documentation for inventory and regulatory purposes.
• Communication: Collaborate with the head operator of the transfer station to ensure smooth communication regarding material handling and operations.
• Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and company procedures, maintaining a safe work environment at all times.
• Inventory Assistance: Assist in inventory management tasks as required, supporting accurate tracking and reporting.
• Monthly and Quarterly Reporting: Prepare and submit monthly DEP (Department of Environmental Protection) reports, as well as quarterly reports for local townships.
• Adaptability: Quickly adjust to changing priorities or new tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.

Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Saturdays: 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM (as needed)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
