As a Sales Engineer for Industrial Automation Solutions, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Cavotec's radio remote control products, services, and engineering capabilities to OEM candidates. You will work to develop regional and core accounts, collect market and account intelligence, achieve sales targets, and identify new business opportunities.
Key Accountabilities
- Meet assigned annual budget targets for Sales Volume, Profitability, and strategic objectives.
- Manage and develop strong relationships with existing and new customers to facilitate business delivery.
- Provide technical and commercial support to customers, including reading and analyzing tender documentation and preparing offer documentation.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing key accounts and develop targeted account plans to drive growth.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering (Electronics or Electrical preferred).
- At least 3-5 years' experience in sales of radio remote controls or industrial controls.
- At least 8 years' experience in industrial controls/automation.
- Relevant experience in a similar position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce (desirable).
- Fluent in English (reading, written, and spoken); Spanish (desirable but not mandatory).
- Customer service orientation.
