Radio Remote Control Systems Account Manager

Commercial Role
This role involves developing and executing a sales strategy to promote and sell Cavotec's radio remote control products, services, and engineering capabilities to OEM candidates. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales of radio remote controls or industrial controls, as well as experience in developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new customers.

Key Performance Indicators
  • Meet assigned annual budget targets for Sales Volume, Profitability, and strategic objectives.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to promote and sell Cavotec's products and services.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing key accounts and develop targeted account plans to drive growth.
  • Provide technical and commercial support to customers, including reading and analyzing tender documentation and preparing offer documentation.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering (Electronics or Electrical preferred).
  • At least 3-5 years' experience in sales of radio remote controls or industrial controls.
  • At least 8 years' experience in industrial controls/automation.
  • Relevant experience in a similar position.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce (desirable).
  • Fluent in English (reading, written, and spoken); Spanish (desirable but not mandatory).
  • Customer service orientation.
