Commercial Role

Key Performance Indicators
- Meet assigned annual budget targets for Sales Volume, Profitability, and strategic objectives.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to promote and sell Cavotec's products and services.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing key accounts and develop targeted account plans to drive growth.
- Provide technical and commercial support to customers, including reading and analyzing tender documentation and preparing offer documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering (Electronics or Electrical preferred).
- At least 3-5 years' experience in sales of radio remote controls or industrial controls.
- At least 8 years' experience in industrial controls/automation.
- Relevant experience in a similar position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce (desirable).
- Fluent in English (reading, written, and spoken); Spanish (desirable but not mandatory).
- Customer service orientation.
