Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical and commercial support to customers, including reading and analyzing tender documentation and preparing offer documentation.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing key accounts and develop targeted account plans to drive growth.
- Articulate technology and product features to both business and technical users, highlighting competitive advantages and differentiation.
- Work with the manufacturing organization and engineering team to capture and translate customer feedback and market trends into optimized solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering (Electronics or Electrical preferred).
- At least 3-5 years' experience in sales of radio remote controls or industrial controls.
- At least 8 years' experience in industrial controls/automation.
- Relevant experience in a similar position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce (desirable).
- Fluent in English (reading, written, and spoken); Spanish (desirable but not mandatory).
- Customer service orientation.
