Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide technical and commercial support to customers, including reading and analyzing tender documentation and preparing offer documentation.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing key accounts and develop targeted account plans to drive growth.
  • Articulate technology and product features to both business and technical users, highlighting competitive advantages and differentiation.
  • Work with the manufacturing organization and engineering team to capture and translate customer feedback and market trends into optimized solutions.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering (Electronics or Electrical preferred).
  • At least 3-5 years' experience in sales of radio remote controls or industrial controls.
  • At least 8 years' experience in industrial controls/automation.
  • Relevant experience in a similar position.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce (desirable).
  • Fluent in English (reading, written, and spoken); Spanish (desirable but not mandatory).
  • Customer service orientation.
