Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Cavotec's radio remote control products, services, and engineering capabilities to OEM customers.
- Develop regional and core accounts in the Americas and globally.
- Gather market and account insights.
- Meet sales targets by following Regional Sales Director/Global Products VP guidelines.
- Grow sales within designated territories through existing and new opportunities, focusing on nurturing long-term relationships, enhancing customer satisfaction, and identifying target accounts.
- Discover up-selling and cross-selling opportunities within key accounts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering (Electronics/Electrical preferred).
- At least 3-5 years of experience in sales of radio remote controls or industrial controls.
- At least 8 years of experience in industrial controls/automation.
- Relevant experience in a similar position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce (desired).
- Fluent in English (reading, written, and spoken); Spanish (desired but not mandatory).
- Customer service orientation.
