Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Developer to join our team. This role involves applying subject matter expertise from military air crew or aircraft maintenance to collect and analyze data and develop flight clearance related content for USN/USMC aircraft and associated weapon systems. You will coordinate and execute the management and development of all assigned Flight Clearances products.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or an Associate degree with additional experience may be considered.
- Minimum of five (5) years of DoD Aviation Operator or Maintenance Management or flight clearance product set experience.
- Previous experience with H-60 and experience as a Pilot/Aircrew
- Proficiency in Microsoft products and the ability to use editorial and graphics software running on local, networked, or web-based platforms and websites.
- Strong skills in communication and teamwork, with the ability to function effectively in a team environment, demonstrating leadership, decision-making, and self-starter qualities.
Responsibilities:
- Apply subject matter expertise from experience as military aircrew or aircraft maintainer.
- Collect and analyze data to develop flight clearance-related content.
- Coordinate and execute the management and development of Flight Clearances products (IFC/NATOPS/NATIP).
- Create and present formal briefs in support of new or changing fleet capabilities.
- Develop, prepare, and manage materials required for the operator to employ aircraft and weapon systems safely and effectively.
- Analyze data and solve complex technical and organizational problems.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training specific to the role.
Comprehensive Compensation & Benefits Package:
Salary at CaVU is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, education, training, certificates, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The expected salary range for this position is $65,000 - $130,000. To drive fair pay practices for employees, CaVU conducts regular comparisons across our employee groups and the industry. The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, CaVU considers a number of factors when determining salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
