Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Security Specialist III to support CaVU customers with mission‑critical requirements. This role requires expertise aligned with Department of Defense (DoD) or Intelligence Community (IC) standards.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Manage Physical (PHYSEC) and Information Security (INFOSEC) operations in DoD/IC environments.

·       Configure and maintain alarm and access‑control systems.

·       Implement security policies and procedures and mentor junior staff.

·       Conduct security briefings and inspections.

Required Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree.

·       4 years PHYSEC and INFOSEC experience within DoD/IC (TS/SCI or Secret).

·       2 years working with alarm & access‑control systems.

·       Active TS/SCI or Secret clearance as specified.

Alternative Qualification Path:

At least eight years of professional security experience, including four years in PHYSEC/INFOSEC and two years with alarm & access‑control systems, may substitute for the degree requirement.

Comprehensive Compensation & Benefits Package:

Salary at CaVU is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, education, training, certificates, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The expected salary range for this position is $90,000 – $110,000. To drive fair pay practices for employees, CaVU conducts regular comparisons across our employee groups and the industry. The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, CaVU considers a number of factors when determining salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate’s experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
