Key Responsibilities
Brand Ambassador Responsibilities:
- Lead the Charge – Represent Cayer Behavioral Group at community events, conferences, and public forums to elevate brand visibility and promote our services.
- Build Key Relationships – Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with schools, healthcare providers, and local organizations to foster growth and awareness.
- Be a Voice for ABA – Drive community outreach efforts by conducting presentations, workshops, and social media campaigns that educate and inspire others about the power of ABA therapy.
- Gather Insights – Collect valuable feedback from clients and community stakeholders to continuously enhance our services and branding efforts.
Clinical Responsibilities:
- Hands-On ABA Therapy – Provide direct ABA therapy to children, ensuring the highest quality of care while overseeing treatment plan implementation by RBTs.
- Lead & Mentor – Supervise and guide RBTs, providing them with the tools and support necessary to deliver exceptional service.
- Training & Development – Offer hands-on training for new employees and engage in parent training to ensure continued success.
- Collaborate with Teams – Maintain communication with client teams, including RBTs and families, to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Tailored Treatment Plans – Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans, monitoring client progress and making adjustments as needed.
- Data Integrity – Maintain accurate clinical documentation (data, behavior protocols, reinforcer systems, etc.) to track progress and ensure the highest level of care.
Qualifications
- BCBA Certification – Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
- Education – A Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Experience – Minimum of 2 years of experience providing ABA services to children with ASD, with a strong understanding of ABA principles and methodologies.
- Skills – Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage and inspire both clients and community stakeholders.
- Independence & Teamwork – Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating effectively to drive positive outcomes.
- Passion & Dedication – A genuine passion for working with children and a drive to make a positive, lasting impact on their lives.
- Community Engagement – Flexibility to travel within the community and a keen interest in contributing to outreach efforts.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a brand ambassador or similar outreach role.
- Knowledge of marketing and public relations principles.
- Proficiency with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
