Key Responsibilities (Client notes) :
Run workshops and manage data integration (One Data combined).
Conduct discovery and assessment of existing data structures.
Identify gaps which will be provided by the manager and develop solutions accordingly.
Lead clientfacing workshops ensuring effective communication and strategy alignment.
Ask relevant discovery questions to candidates during the interview process.

Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Data Architect with strong expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) particularly within the context of contract management systems including rebates chargebacks pricing and revenue management processes. The candidate will be responsible for conducting discovery work stakeholder interviews and designing scalable integrated MDM solutions across enterprise systems including SAP modules and MDM tools.
The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders technical teams and data governance leads to understand document and improve data models supporting contract management.
Key Responsibilities
Experience : Minimum of 12 years required and senior SAP Strategic Data Architect
Conduct interviews with business users data stewards IT teams and stakeholders to gather requirements on contract management data (rebates chargebacks pricing and compliance).
Understand existing data models pain points and areas of improvement across MDM systems.
Evaluate key SAP components including integration with systems like SAP S / 4HANA SAP MDG or ECC.
MDM Strategy & Design : Analyze the current state identify the gaps and document the future state
Data Integration :
Evaluate and recommend optimal integration strategies between MDM systems SAP and nonSAP applications (e.g. CRM ERP).
Design and map data flows between SAP Contract Management Rebates and Chargeback systems and MDM repositories.
System Design and Requirements Gathering :
Define functional and nonfunctional requirements for MDM implementation specific to contract management.
Document technical and business metadata for SAP master data objects including contract terms customers and pricing elements.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement :
Act as a bridge between business and technical teams ensuring alignment of MDM capabilities with enterprise data strategy.
Lead design workshops and facilitate discussions on pain points related to MDM and contract management.
Governance and Quality :
Define processes for data stewardship and ownership in alignment with MDM best practices.
Ensure ongoing monitoring of data quality validation and enrichment efforts.
Required Skills and Experience :
12 years of experience as a Data Architect or similar role with a focus on MDM and enterprise data design.
Strong experience with MDM solutions such as SAP MDG
Handson experience in SAP modules including SAP S / 4HANA SAP ECC related to contract and revenue management.
Familiarity with contract management data flows : rebates chargebacks pricing and agreements.
Knowledge of MDM principles including data modeling data quality and governance frameworks.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and document requirements through interviews and workshops.
Experience designing data integration solutions involving ETL / ELT APIs and messaging frameworks.
Knowledge of cloudbased data platforms (e.g. Snowflake GCP AWS) is a plus.
