Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end delivery of complex digital projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Remove blockers, foster team self-organization, and protect sprint commitments.

• Collaborate with Product Managers to refine roadmaps and translate them into actionable user stories.

What We're Looking For:

• 5 years of experience managing multi-disciplinary teams (9 years without a degree).

• Expertise in Agile/Waterfall methodologies and tools like Jira/Confluence.

• Proven ability to troubleshoot production environments and manage risk.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
