Role : Head of Data Management (VP Level)

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute the enterprisewide data management strategy aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
Champion a datadriven culture fostering collaboration across underwriting claims actuarial and operational teams.
Partner with senior leadership to identify and prioritize data initiatives that drive competitive advantage and growth.
Data Governance and Compliance
Establish robust data governance frameworks ensuring data accuracy consistency and security across the organization.
Oversee compliance with data privacy laws industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g. NAIC GDPR).
Lead efforts to mitigate data risks including data breaches and misuse.
Data Architecture and Management
Define and oversee the data architecture ensuring scalable efficient and modern solutions for data storage integration and analytics.
Manage master data metadata and reference data processes to support operational excellence.
Drive the adoption of advanced data platforms cloud technologies and tools to optimize data management practices.
Analytics and Insights
Collaborate with data science actuarial and analytics teams to deliver actionable insights that enhance underwriting pricing claims and customer experience.
Promote innovative uses of data to improve risk assessment fraud detection and predictive modeling.
Team Leadership
Build and lead a highperforming data management team fostering professional development and technical expertise.
Drive crossfunctional collaboration to maximize the impact of data initiatives
