We are seeking a Technical Product Owner to facilitate collaboration between technical teams within the XLab and the C2BMC core development teams. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance C2BMC capabilities transforming prototypes into operational solutions. The ideal candidate will provide guidance and coordination with integrated teams of systems engineers software developers and analysts to create advanced missile defense solutions for both regional and global scenarios.
Required Skills
Experience in missile track processing modeling and analysis
Ability to work independently and lead tasks managing and coordinating between team Product Owners
Strong background in mathematics and physics including probability and statistics linear algebra and calculus
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java MATLAB Python Perl Bash Mathematica and JavaScript for tasks like prototyping data visualization scripting parsing and functional programming
Fluency in the Linux environment and shell scripting (Bash Csh)
Understanding of basic computer networking concepts (UDP TCP / IP network boundaries firewalls)
Familiarity with C2BMC suite architecture and scripted automation tools (Ansible Kubernetes)
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic work environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Duties
Collaborate closely with XLab Agile teams to comprehend concepts algorithms and logging practices facilitating the development of integrated solutions and prototypes.
Apply mathematical physical and statistical methods along with data parsing plotting and database techniques to analyze complex data related to command and control track state vectors covariances and the tasking of EO / IR and RF sensors within experimental and operational software.
Design develop and enhance analysis tools within a configurationmanaged toolbox shared across multiple teams and labs.
Support the XLab Engineering Manager and Technical Lead in defining and developing technology roadmaps and experimental plans.
Perform trade studies and analysis to evaluate different courses of action as directed.
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree in Physics Mathematics Computer Science or a related STEM discipline.
Advanced degree in Physics Mathematics or a related STEM discipline is preferred.
Desired Skills & Experience
Strong analytical background including Monte Carlo analysis and statistical regression
Functional knowledge of modeling languages such as SysML or UML
