Cayuga Centers is hiring immediately for Director of Clinical Services (Bilingual) for the NYC UC Program.
Earn $96,000 annually plus 160 hours vacation, 3 personal days off with pay, 12 paid sick days and 10 paid holidays annually. We offer medical packages and a 401K.

Department Description : This is a transitional foster care program for Unaccompanied Children (UC) under the supervision of the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR). An Unaccompanied child (ages 0-17) has left their home country and crossed the US southern border without an adult. Instead of a congregate care setting, we place UCs in foster homes while we find and vet a sponsor for them to be unified with in the US. During their stay with us, we provide medical care, case management, life skills classes and mental health services. Our Clinicians specifically provide trauma-informed individual and group therapy. We are looking for a Clinical leader who is passionate about helping this vulnerable population, able to lead, mentor and motivate their team, provide clinical supervision and carry a caseload.
Summary of Responsibilities : This essential role is ideal for someone with superior clinical and supervisory skills who also possesses a drive to ensure that we are providing healing, high quality, culturally sensitive clinical care, assessments and treatment to those we serve. Under the supervision of the AVP of Clinical Services, the director will provide effective clinical oversight to the UC TFC Clinical team.
HOURS PER WEEK : Exempt
- Regular hours entail 9 : 00am - 5 : 00pm, Monday - Friday
- On-call and weekend availability required; must be flexible to meet program needs
- Travel outside of regular work hours may be required based on project needs
