Project Manager, Substance use Disorder Programs

To assist and manage substance use disorder service line projects, with a primary focus on the buildout of the intensive crisis stabilization center. This is a grant-funded position.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coordinates projects related to the development of new OASAS and OMH- licensed programs, policy and procedure development, and process improvement initiatives.
- Work with company directors to analyze project proposals to determine time frame, identify limitations and appropriate process for accomplishing projects.
- Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and required activities and tasks.
- Establish a work plan for project activities, iterations or phases, and arrange for assignment of project personnel.
- Establish standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation.
- Conduct project risk assessment and identify possible mitigation steps.
- Implement and execute project communication plans.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience with project management software tools (JIRA) is a plus
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Masters degree preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or other certification is a plus
- Experience with project management software tools (JIRA) is a plus

Pay Range Disclosure:
- $90,000 to $100,000 per year
