Cayuga Landscape has been in business for over 45 years with a 4-acre garden center, a design-build landscape operation, and several farm-nurseries with total employment of about 50. Our clients include Cornell University, local businesses and builders, and homeowners looking for outdoor transformations.
Candidate must have extensive experience with landscape masonry and/or carpentry.
Must be able to work intensively with heavy objects and equipment. Must have a valid driver’s license and fairly clean driving record.
Typical projects include natural stone retaining walls, steps, patios and walks, plus brick pavers and quarry block walls. We also install custom wood fencing, decks and pergolas. Projects will include all aspects of landscaping.
The ability to direct a crew to efficiently complete projects with a high attention to detail is a priority, or be able to work independently as a craftsman.
Candidates should have proficiency with dump trucks, Bobcats and excavators.
This position is Monday through Friday with plenty of overtime available during the busy season.

Work Location: Day starts at our facilities in Lansing. Staff are deployed to projects within a 1-hour radius in company vehicles.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
