Certification Details

  • NMTCB or ARRT certification required
  • CT certification beneficial
  • Must possess a NYS Dept of Health License
  • Continuing education credits to maintain credentials

Job Details

  • Monday-Friday, 07 : 00-15 : 00
  • Competently perform imaging procedures, including administration of radioisotopes.
  • Maintains and calibrates radioisotope and laboratory equipment.
  • Maintain compassionate patient care, comfort and safety, while ensuring patient confidentiality
  • Is flexible in assuming other appropriate responsibilities not noted above.
  • Follows all state regulations, and perform and maintain department QA procedures and documentation.
  • Assists with training and educating new staff members and students as appropriate.
  • Maintains all credentials and CE credits essential to position.

    • Job Requirements

  • NMTCB or ARRT certification in Nuclear Medicine.
  • NYS Dept of Health License
  • NMTCB; plus CT certification or ARRT; NM plus CT or DX certification.
  • Education : Associates degree in Nuclear Medicine or graduation from accredited Nuclear Medicine certificate program.
  • Experience : Experience a plus, but new grads welcome.
  • Licensure : NYS NM, DX or CT

  • Work schedule is Monday-Friday, 07 : 00-15 : 00.
