About the Program and Position:
Our Clinicians offer goal-directed support and solution-focused interventions to address challenges associated with behavioral health needs through the Other Licensed Professional (OLP) function within the Children and Family Treatment and Support Services (CFTSS) team. The CFTSS program provides ample opportunities to expand your application and experience of assessment, evaluation, and evidence-based practice while supporting program growth within the agency and community.
Cayuga Centers is looking for a Clinician who is passionate about strength-based, youth-and family-centered work within a community and school based environment. In this role, referrals will come primarily from Moravia Central Schools in which there are identified concerns with school behavior, refusal, truancy or heightened clinical need observed by school providers. you will provide services to students ages 11-18 and families directly within the community, home, and in the school setting to help achieve stability and improvement in daily living and school/community integrations.

Apply and develop your clinical assessment and evaluation skills

Establish a leadership role within the team as the clinical guide to treatment planning

Utilize a strengths-based and trauma-informed practice to help families recognize and work through issues that have been identified

Enhance the functioning of youth and their families while helping them build stronger relationships for their future

Schedule:

This is a 12 month, full-time, 40 hour a week position.

We are looking for an applicant who is interested in working primarily within the hours of a school day, but is also willing to be flexible and work outside of these hours when needed to suit the youth and family needs.
Salary : $63,000 - $82,800
