- System Administration: Manage and maintain systems, including installing and configuring software, hardware, and peripherals. ">
- Security and Compliance: Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive data by implementing robust security measures and adhering to established protocols. ">
- Configuration Management: Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement efficient configuration management procedures that minimize errors and ensure seamless system operation. ">
- Documentation and Training: Maintain accurate documentation of all processes, procedures, and systems to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding of new team members. ">
Requirements:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting desktop computers, laptop computers, mobile devices, printers, scanners, local area networks, servers, and network switches. ">
- Proven ability to install and troubleshoot hardware and software, with a strong understanding of Microsoft operating systems. ">
- Working knowledge of general office software, including Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365. ">
- Ability to support specialized software like GIS and AutoCAD, and software unique to Indian Affairs. ">
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. ">
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues, customers, and management. ">
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. ">
