About the Role
The Desktop Technician III will join Cayuse Shared Services' team to provide expert support for a diverse range of hardware platforms. This includes laptops, desktops, network equipment, mobile devices, printers, scanners, and peripherals, utilizing various operating systems (Windows 10 and iOS) and software, such as GIS and AutoCAD, specific to Indian Affairs.

The Desktop Technician III will join Cayuse Shared Services' team to provide expert support for a diverse range of hardware platforms. This includes laptops, desktops, network equipment, mobile devices, printers, scanners, and peripherals, utilizing various operating systems (Windows 10 and iOS) and software, such as GIS and AutoCAD, specific to Indian Affairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software on diverse platforms.
- Provide remote and on-site support for end-users, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, problems, and resolutions in the client's ticketing system.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for hardware, software, and network configurations.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant technical experience in supporting desktop computers, laptop computers, mobile devices, printers, scanners, local area networks, servers, and network switches.
- Working knowledge of general office software, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft 365.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
