The Network and Desktop Services Manager will oversee a wide range of hardware, including laptops, desktops, network equipment, mobile devices, printers, scanners, and peripherals. This equipment utilizes various operating systems (Windows 10 and iOS) and software, such as GIS and AutoCAD, unique to Indian Affairs.

The Network and Desktop Services Manager will oversee a wide range of hardware, including laptops, desktops, network equipment, mobile devices, printers, scanners, and peripherals. Responsibilities:
- Manage and support diverse hardware platforms, applying patches, upgrades, and enhancements as approved.
- Perform systems management and monitoring, ensuring security and administrative control for services and systems.
- Maintain server applications for availability, latency, and technical issues.
- Support customer configuration management procedures and monitor all upgrades and enhancements.
- Provide end-user support, ensuring all issues and requests are entered and completed within the client's ticketing system.
- Mentor and support junior Desktop Technicians and create documentation for various processes, procedures, and systems.
Qualifications:
- Must pass a background check for a Public Trust and may require additional checks as required by projects and/or clients.
- A minimum of 3 years of related technical experience in supporting desktop computers, laptop computers, mobile devices, printers, scanners, local area networks, servers, and network switches.
- Working knowledge of general office software, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft 365.
- Ability to work with minimal guidance, lift up to 50lbs, and sit for long periods looking at a computer screen.
