What are the responsibilities and job description for the Enterprise Telephony Expert position at Cayuse Shared Services?
We are seeking a highly experienced VOIP and Voice Services Lead to join our team at Cayuse Shared Services. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for supporting the maintenance of all VOIP and desk support voice services across ANGRC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test, analyze, and document current/forecasted VOIP and voice services support to ANGRC.
- Develop procedures, consulting with end users to identify functional specifications while providing continued VOIP and voice services support to the ANGRC.
- Manage day-to-day services for approximately 1300 VoIP phone voice mail boxes, setting up individual and group mailboxes and maintaining their security (10-15 daily), monitoring capacity and licenses (weekly).
- Manage trunk capacity local, long distance, and lease network trunk lines by recommending and implementing changes (weekly), working with base planners and operators (daily).
- Perform routine maintenance by monitoring voice system for abnormalities and potential problems (weekly), restoring phone capabilities for ANGRC personnel (40-50 per week), escalating unresolved end user and system failures to service providers (weekly), scheduling maintenance windows to purge faults and correct issues.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma.
- Minimum of five years of experience managing phone systems to include Analog, VoIP, VoSIP, and call managers.
- Experience in DoD DSN systems.
- IAT Level 2 certification Security .
- Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance or ability to obtain one.
