Primary Focus:

The Operational Data Specialist Senior/Lead will be capable of demonstrating experience in conducting data analysis and developing solutions in the application of information technology. Produces and reviews technical documentation reflecting detailed knowledge of specific technical area. Recommends measures via data analytics to improve methods, performance, and quality of product or service, and suggests changes to increase efficiency. Responsibilities

• Install and configure Microsoft On-Premises Data Gateway to enhance business operations.
• Develop, maintain, and ensure data integrity throughout the lifecycle, processing raw data into organized, actionable information.
• Implement machine learning techniques and data models to generate insights and solutions for complex problems.
• Design and develop custom Dataverse solutions, including Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), to meet business requirements.
• Integrate Dataverse with Power Automate and Power BI for seamless workflows and data visualization.
• Develop statistical software and tools for data analysis, including regression, machine learning, and data engineering.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with best practices across platforms.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dataverse and Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest features and updates in Microsoft Power Platform to enhance performance.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree is required in Computer Science, Mathematics, or other Engineering or Technical discipline. 4 additional years of experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
• Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in Serves as a technical expert in areas relevant to the project.
• Must be capable of demonstrating experience in conducting analysis and developing solutions and in the application of information technology.
• Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain the required clearance level.
• Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.

• Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
• Army experience with DoD PBI, DoD data enclaves and an understanding of the current DoD data environment is at a premium.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

• Military Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Industry certification is desirable

Working Conditions:

• Professional office environment.
• Must be physically and mentally able to perform duties for extended periods of time. Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed to meet the demands of this position.
• Must be able to establish a productive and professional workspace.
• Must be able to work varying work schedules and/or extended hours to meet business needs and project deadlines.
• May be asked to travel for business or professional development purposes.

Pay Range

Salary : $115,000 - $125,000
