About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Aide to join our team at Cazenovia Recovery. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional care and support to residents.
Responsibilities
- Safety and Emergency Response: Conduct regular safety checks on the facility, respond promptly to crises and emergencies, and ensure the well-being of residents.
- Referrals and Coordination: Assist with referrals and coordination of services with fellow providers, manage relationships with managed care providers, legal agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Medication Compliance: Assist with and observe resident medication compliance, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely administration of medications.
- Treatment Interventions: Provide group and individual treatment interventions as supported by certification or license scope of practice.
- Clinical Documentation: Maintain all clinical documentation, reporting, record keeping, treatment planning, screening, assessment, and discharge planning in accordance with certification or license scope of practice.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Experience: At least six months of experience in human services.
- Licensure: Must possess a valid New York State Driver's license.
