Key Responsibilities
- Perform expert-level bench work, including repairs, stone setting, casting, hand fabrication, polishing, and finishing, on high-end jewelry pieces.
- Work with precious metals, rare gemstones, and intricate designs, ensuring every piece meets luxury market standards.
- Operate and maintain jewelry tools and equipment, including laser welders, while managing inventory for tools and materials.
- Handle customer service-related tasks, including estimates, service communication, and follow-up, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Manage multiple tasks and maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced, luxury-focused environment.
- Contribute to a team-oriented culture, prioritizing collaboration and shared success.
- Technical Expertise: Mastery of advanced bench techniques, with the ability to handle delicate and intricate pieces with precision.
- Problem Solving: Skillfully identify and resolve challenges, developing creative and effective solutions.

- Over 5 years of experience as a Master Jeweler, including at least 5 years in a luxury jewelry setting.
- In-depth knowledge of precious metals, gemstones, and fine craftsmanship, with the ability to handle high-value materials and intricate designs.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Formal training or certification from an accredited jeweler program, such as those offered by GIA or other recognized institutions, is a plus.
- Location: Onsite in Jackson, WY
- Relocation Assistance: Provided for qualified candidates.
- Work Schedule:
- Monday through Friday.
- Core hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
