KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide a warm, one-on-one shopping experience that reflects the personalized nature of our boutique
- Build genuine, long-term relationships with clients through attentive service and follow-up
- Learn and share the stories behind our jewelry, gemstones, and timepieces—training is provided
- Maintain a polished and professional in-store atmosphere, aligning with our brand image
- Support daily operations including inventory, merchandising, and visual presentation
- Stay curious and engaged with new product arrivals, seasonal collections, and style trends
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience in any premium or lifestyle brand
- Strong communication and people skills, with the ability to connect and build trust quickly
- A high level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail
- A natural interest in fashion, design, luxury products, or fine craftsmanship
- Eagerness to learn about fine jewelry and timepieces. No prior jewelry experience required
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 2–3 years of retail, sales, or customer service experience required
- Experience in luxury retail, boutique environments, or client-driven roles is a plus
- Jewelry or watch sales experience is welcomed but not required
- Certifications such as AJP, GDD, or GG from GIA are a plus but not required
