This role requires excellent time management skills and proficiency in construction management software to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore for project tracking and reporting.
- Prepare and review contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Oversee project estimating processes to develop accurate budgets and resource allocations.
- Utilize tools like Bluebeam for document management and collaboration among team members.
- Implement effective time management strategies to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to keep all parties informed of project status and changes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating practices and contract negotiation.
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., ProCore) and tools like Civil 3D for design purposes.
- Excellent project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong time management abilities with a focus on meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
- Familiarity with Bluebeam or similar software for document control is preferred.
