As we continue to expand, we are looking for a skilled Electrical Lead to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our technicians and job sites.

Position Overview :

The Electrical Lead will be responsible for managing a team of technicians across several active job sites to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This role involves direct interaction with clients, leading by example, and using your expertise to troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise. The Electrical Lead will report directly to the CEO and Vice President, utilizing company structures and human resources to recruit, train, and manage the team. Strong leadership, communication skills, and technical knowledge of electrical systems are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage multiple job sites, ensuring electrical installations and services meet industry standards and safety codes.
• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of electrical technicians to ensure they perform at their best and continue to develop professionally.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients on job sites, addressing concerns, providing updates, and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the CEO and Vice President to develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Ensure that all job sites are properly staffed and that team members have the resources they need to complete tasks.
• Coordinate with Human Resources to recruit, onboard, and retain skilled technicians for the team.
• Enforce company policies and safety standards while maintaining a productive and positive work environment.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues on job sites and assist technicians when needed.
• Perform the full scope of electrical tasks, including pulling cable, installation, maintenance, and system troubleshooting.
• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes and regulations.
• Maintain project documentation, including work orders, progress reports, and time sheets.
