We are actively seeking an established and experienced Solar Energy Sales Team to join our growing company. You will conduct in-home appointments, build strong relationships with customers, and effectively communicate the long-term benefits of solar energy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate your own leads through a variety of methods (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.).
- Work as a unified team to reach homeowners and introduce them to solar energy solutions.
- Conduct in-home appointments with potential customers, presenting our solar products and answering their questions with clarity and confidence.
- Build long-term relationships with homeowners, tailoring solar solutions to their specific energy needs.
- Collaborate within the team, sharing best practices, strategies, and insights to exceed sales goals.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, ensuring follow-up and post-appointment communication.
Qualifications:
- Established sales team with proven experience in the solar energy industry
