Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Solar Installer Subcontractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of installing both roof and ground-mounted solar systems on residential and commercial properties.
Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels and associated equipment on rooftops and ground-mounted systems.
- Conduct site assessments to determine optimal solar system placement.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and high-quality installation processes.
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) standards during installations.
- Perform electrical work, including wiring, connections, and troubleshooting as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Upload all required photo documentation to our portal based on the finance company checklist.
Requirements:
- Must be licensed in New York with all necessary liability insurances. Licenses in other states are a bonus.
- Proven experience with solar installations on both residential and commercial properties.
- Strong understanding of NEC standards and electrical work.
- Ability to conduct thorough site assessments and determine optimal system placement.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
