Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Development Engineer with 10 to 15 years of expertise in overseeing and managing all phases of project development. This senior-level role is responsible for strategic planning, design, budgeting, resource management, quality control, and risk mitigation to ensure projects are executed successfully within scope, budget, and timeline requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Feasibility Analysis
- Develop strategic project plans, objectives, and scopes aligned with company goals and client needs.
- Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and risk assessments to determine project viability.
Project Design & Development
- Oversee the design phase, collaborating with engineers and designers to develop detailed project plans, specifications, and blueprints.
- Ensure technical and regulatory compliance during project design.
Resource & Budget Management
- Efficiently allocate personnel, equipment, and materials to optimize project execution.
- Develop, monitor, and control project budgets, implementing cost-saving strategies when needed.
Quality Control & Risk Mitigation
- Implement quality assurance measures to ensure deliverables meet industry standards and client expectations.
- Identify potential risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies to maintain project continuity.
Regulatory & Stakeholder Coordination
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, permits, and legal requirements.
