We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Concrete Crew Members to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a passion for quality craftsmanship. This role involves working with concrete in various capacities, including mixing, pouring, finishing, and assisting with the installation of concrete structures. The Concrete Crew Members will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

Finishers
Laborers
Responsibilities
- Operate concrete mixers and other equipment to prepare concrete for pouring.
- Assist in the pouring, leveling, and finishing of concrete surfaces.
- Read and interpret blueprints or work orders to understand project specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow on construction sites.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and tools.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment at all times.
Experience
- Proven experience in conrete construction or related fields.
- Mechanical knowledge is beneficial for operating various tools and machinery.
- Experience in concrete finishing techniques.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand project requirements effectively.
- Knowledge of ada standards.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 50 – 80 per week
