As a Foreman at CB Asphalt Paving, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing construction projects from start to finish. This position is essential for ensuring that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations on the construction site to ensure project goals are met.
- Review project work orders and drawing to ensure proper work is completed.
- Oversee crew and assign daily task.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain safety standards and quality control.
- Assist in estimating project costs and preparing contracts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Foreman role doing sealcoat.
- Strong understanding of construction site management and safety protocols.
- Familiarity with different sealcoat products, equipment and applications.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage teams effectively.
- Ability to read and interpret job drawings.
