The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in commercial litigation and a proven track record of handling trials. This is an in-office position, requiring full-time presence five days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in commercial litigation matters, including trials, arbitrations, and mediations.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Develop case strategies and manage cases from inception to resolution.
- Engage in discovery, including depositions, interrogatories, and document review.
- Provide clients with strategic legal advice and maintain effective client relationships.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
- Stay current on relevant legal developments and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active member of the Massachusetts Bar in good standing.
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial litigation with significant trial experience.
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
