About the Role
The Sr. Project Controls Specialist is a key member of our project team, responsible for developing and preparing project controls deliverables with minimal supervision. This role reports directly to the Manager of Project Controls and interacts closely with Senior Operations professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develops integrated EPC cost and schedule programs, including reporting.
- Analyzes cost and schedule data, identifying mitigation measures and running schedule scenarios to ensure timely project completion.
- Establishes progress measurement systems, including reporting calendars, templates, S-curves, histograms, and quantity spreads.
- Collaborates with project teams and vendors to update schedules and progress diligently.
- Ensures compliance with contractual requirements and adherence to internal controls and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in planning with EPC contractors or Fabricators.
- Minimum 5 years' experience working with Primavera (P6) and/or other scheduling/planning software.
- Advanced level in MS applications, specifically MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
