**Key Responsibilities:**
The Project Controls Specialist will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining Work Breakdown Structure and Cost Breakdown Structure in alignment with contract and execution plan requirements.
- Creating and managing integrated EPC cost and schedule programs, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Designing and implementing a progress measurement system tailored to the specific needs of the project.
- Analyzing cost and schedule data, identifying potential issues, and proposing mitigation strategies or recovery plans.
- Monitoring risks, opportunities, cost trends, and progress status throughout the project lifecycle.
In addition, the successful candidate will provide supervision to a small team of Project Control resources as necessary for individual or multiple projects.
