Key Responsibilities
This role is designed for an organized and efficient individual who can balance multiple tasks while maintaining a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing quality customer service through courteous and accurate handling of transactions
- Performing specialized tasks such as preparing cashier's checks, cash advances, and ATM balancing
- Identifying customers, validating and cashing checks, accepting cash and checks for deposit, and checking accuracy of deposit slips
- Accurately balancing assigned cash drawer
- May serve as Vault Teller or Vault Teller Backup
- Ensuring compliance with all internal controls and policies and procedures
- Answers inquiries regarding checking and savings accounts and other bank-related products; attempts to resolve issues and problems with customer's accounts
- Developing knowledge of bank products through independent study of Product Knowledge Manual and general banking knowledge through Professional Development or CFT courses
- Completing all required monthly and quarterly training
- Accurately processing and/or reporting the following as outlined in established branch procedures:
