Job Summary
Twice a week, only two hours a day. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various commercial settings. This role is essential in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for both employees and clients. A background in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory.
Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in designated areas.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure hygiene standards are met.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stocked and in good working condition.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina; ability to lift and move items as necessary.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Must be able to pass background checks as required by company policies.
